How accurate is the indicative estimate?

The estimate range you'll see is calculated from current Oxfordshire pricing. It's accurate to within 10–15% for most jobs. The exact price is confirmed at your free site visit once we've measured access, ground conditions and drainage.

A small deposit (typically 10%) is taken to book materials and crew time, with the balance staged through the job. You never pay anything until you're happy with the work at each stage.
